Hanna’s life could not be more perfect. Laying in the hospital bed, with her daughter on her chest and her husband teary-eyed beside her, she knew that life couldn’t get any better. We had our share of Christmas invites, to be sure. But after last year’s travel between hubby’s parents and my own relatives, we threw in the towel this year. A vacation away - that’s what we needed! It only took a little convincing for me to decide that Australia would be a good first international trip to attempt as a family. And with Abby’s current obsession with koala bears, I’m sure it will be a hit.**

Pasta, gondolas, yummy gelato around every corner—I can’t believe that Max and I are headed to Italy! And I know it’s a crazy thought to imagine me on the runway, especially amidst all of the beautiful Italian models. I didn’t want to agree to it, you know that I didn’t but… Yeah, I’m sure everything will turn out just fine! ;)

Erik, my contact in Amsterdam, is just a little too relaxed in my opinion. But I swear, I’m really trying to be less uptight. And suddenly Max seems to have this odd aversion to riding a bike! What’s that about? So everything is very chilled out here and I may or may not go off my food plan to partake in some brownies. I mean, who am I to turn down a bit of chocolate, right? (wink, wink) You know me so well.**
